Miguel was very knowledgeable, informative and thorough. He went through the apartment taking pictures and spotting all the things that needed to be fixed, explaining what was wrong, the effects that may cause not fixing it and giving tips and advise on how to fix it. Excellent service!

He did a great job everywhere and even suggested ideas and options we hadn’t thought about that turned out being much better than our original ideas.
